Why are rewards in the form of Felcoins given only to PvP players? And to raiders and top key holders nothing but rank? It’s somehow not fair.

Im sorry, but I do not understand what you are asking. Are you asking on the right server? We don't have Felcoins, We have Firestorm Coins and Points. Can you refence where you are seeing this please?

If you are talking about this. END OF PVP SEASON 1! - Announcements - Firestorm

It is Firestorm points not coins, which are easily accessible to get from in-game at no monetary cost.

We also rewarded the top 50 players with Firestorm Points, following this scale:

• Top 1-10: 1500 Firestorm Points.
• Top 11-20: 700 Firestorm Points.
• Top 21-30: 455 Firestorm Points.
• Top 31-50: 240 Firestorm Points
•  these are donation points, and Pve players have no reward for keys other than the title
