quest Sneaking In quest is not working

Sneaking In quest is not working.

A few times I removed and picked up the mission which was an encounter with the NPC at a certain location in Ohn'iri Springs. 

	Return to Radiya in Ohn'iri Springs

  
But when I go to the location, the NPC is missing.

buonasera,ho un piccolo problema che vorrei capire come risolvere,sono passati 5 anni dall'ultima volta che ho usato firestorm per giocare a wow,ma adesso vorrei giocarci di nuovo..l'unico problema e che non capisco come accedere al gioco nonostante inserisco i dati corretti mi dice che non ce l'account o altro,come posso risolvere?

Get more renown and it will work after. For some ppl 9 renown like retail is enough, for some ppl npc popped up @ like 11 renown etc.

I'll try, but that shouldn't be the problem. The quest is part of a chain
