Holy paladin

Not sure what you're doing wrong but it for sure heals more than this as Holy Paladin.

Besides that comparing 2 classes to 1 another is the same as I'd compare a Blood DK to an Ret Paladin

the holy paladin is now the weakest on the server...   holy shock normal heal 18k   ,  flash of light normal heal 35k , holy light 43k normal heal                                                                                                                   holy shock  crit heal 38k                                  flash of light  crit heal 80k ,              holy light  75k crit heal

in pve set 400 ilvl with 4 set bonus 

how is the holy paladin so weak?  i dont understand  this... 

dragon and other character 100k normal heal ... 

evoker  heal 140k- 200k heal... 

resto shaman same 

heal monk  million  overheal with attack ,  bug passive spell 

priest  absorb 90k+  and heal  same 

druid heal / balance   heal 200k+  / dps 130k+

 

but prot , and dps  paladin  are very weak as other class   e.g.: dk apocalypse  half hp  with 1 spell  , evoker 1 spell 160k , mage   90k pyro spamming , glacial spike 170k. just 1 spell unbalanced ....   paladin got the most nerfs and is now the weakest class

Norron is right. You have insufficient knowledge on how classes work, especially shaman.
