Downgrade my character

Hello, i have a questions for the managment of the firestorm, is there i way i can somehow get lvl down on my characters? I have hunter + shaman that i will like to have 69 not 70. Is there a chance that some developers can set it to 69? I had some problem with xp locker and it went to lvl 70.

This is not possible. You can lock your xp from going up, however there is no option to decrease the level.
