Are classic dungeons/raids functioning ?

I woud like to know if classic dungeons and raids are scripted so that they coud be done for transmog/mount , or done for leveling as low levels with premade groups.

Or if some are available and some are not , since dungeon finder only allows me to go for  a specific or a random bfa dungeon.
