"Menace on the Broken Shore" mission not on the scouting map

To complete quest "Investigate the Broken Shore" for dk, I need to complete "Menace on the Broken Shore" class hall mission, but it is not showing up on the scouting map, as it supposed to. Is that a bug or am I missing something? 

I need to complete this quest to unlock the legionfall missions, apparently (they not showing on the scouting map either rn), for "championing our cause" quest, for "Breaching the tomb" achievement to unlock the class mount

I just figured that you don't have to complete "Investigate the broken shore" to unlock the broken shore missions (you just need a higher followers level or something), but the "menace on the broken shore" mission is still not showing up though

Legion content isnt scripted well on Valdrakken. If you are looking for legion mogs and mage tower etc you will need to level a character on our Legion realm
