can't go to shadowlands

hi, i am lvl 60 on my character Seosan, i cant go to shadowlands or use a portal to go to shadowlands

Hello!

If you boosted your character on Dragonflight Realm, then you have not done the Shadowlands Quest Intro. To get the portal access, follow this simple step
- You will need to do Shadowlands Intro Questline to access the portal from your Capital City and on Oribos.
