Boris not working

Hi,

My chars are at level 45. I could boost 2 chars and then i could not boost my 3rd char to lvl 60 in Dragonflight. What is the solution?

Boris is located in the major cities. He is on a big chicken cant miss him. You can only boost 1 character per account.

Boris is only available for 1 character per account. If you already used it that would be why you can't boot another one
