Below are some steps to try on this issue.

Delete your Cache, Interface, and WTF folders in your game files.

Open Command Prompt ( type CMD in windows search ) as admin and type in the following commands:
    ipconfig/release
    ipconfig/renew
    ipconfig/flushdns

Restart both your PC and router.

Make sure your wow is using your main GPU ( you go to system settings -> Advanced and bottom left you'll see "Graphics card" ) make sure it's your main GPU. This is in WOW itself.
