Game won't open after downloading full client

I downloaded the full client via torrent, and then extract the content,

Then I run WoW 9.2.7 Firestorm.exe as admin, pick a region, but the game doesn't start, it stuck on task manager with no activity whatsoever aside of using 270mb of ram.

Did I miss something on the install process?

Edit: nvm the game launched after 15 minutes or so.

As you may of already guessed. The first launch does take some time as it finalizes configurations in the background. Luckily it wont be like that every time!
