DISCONNECT PROBLEM

Dear all hello,

I'm a freakz player and i successfully merged my account. I want to play in Oribos. I am entering the game and log in but in character page, it is always disconnects in 2 mins. But if i select my character and start to play everything is okay. But i want to create new character and in that page it is always disconnect. Any solutions ?

Have you tried flushing your DNS?

Open a command prompt. To open the command prompt console, you can press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
Press Enter.
You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
