I need some technical advice. I downloaded the official launcher in .dmg extension directly from the website and installed everything fine. The problem persists in that when I launch the launcher, it pops up a loader that gets stuck at one point and does nothing. So I tried the option of unpacking the launcher as a package and running it through the terminal, here it gets an error that asks me to log in. After filling in the details afterwards, an "invalid credentials" message pops up. Is there any solution to fix this?

Sadly, the client for MAC is not released yet, and I'm afraid there's currently no estimation on when it will be finished. There are some workarounds that make it possible to play on MAC, but depending on the method the performance impact will definitely be noticeable.

I would recommend you to follow the steps made in this guide that would most likely help you resolve your problem.
