All my character are disappeared and cannot login

It was a fine day to return to Firestorm, I downloaded full client and wait for the auto installation ,then the login screen and I entered my ID and password, guess what happns  next? It stucks at connection, and nothing happen after 30mins waiting. I login my account on the web and my characters are gone, I jumped to shop page, haha, no charaters under the dropdown list.

• Provide us with the error message that you get when you try to log in.
• Make sure you are login with your email information, not your username.
• Try checking the status of your internet connection to see if it is a problem on your end, reset your modem/router
• Your account is from Firestorm or Freakz?
