Issues with a Quest

Hi!

I'm lvl 58 Zandalari troll and I tried to do the "War of Shaodws" mission but I couldn't..
I went to the npc next to the command table then I took the quest then I entered the command table and tried to start the 2 hours mission that sais 100% by puttng the soldier in and then I go Start MIsiion and nothing happens...
What did I do wrong or what should I do to fix this?

Do yourself a favor, abandon all quests you have now and start Shadowlands campaign.
