quest Infusion with Wildseed

Hello sir. i am doing campaign right now... and im in anderweald. currently this quest is bugged (Infusion with wildseed) i reset it 10 times.. but still cant do it.. after accepting the quest from Bear i'll get a spell (for shapeshift) then i''ll get anima from "Proglo".. but unfortunately i cant get that shapeshift ability.... Please help. Thanks

could you try to cast Soulshape? Just enter the following command into the ingame chat:
/cast Soulshape
