armor disappearance

for the second time my chest clothes disappeared
I got it from the week chest-box and it disappeared after my exit from game. 
So when I started game there was empty slot for my chest
The armor was high-level 980

Greymane is almost uninhabited. 

 So it would be naive for  good moderation and fixing. 
 I'll be happy if server masters just gift me new chest armor. Because I cant play without it and its too boring to get low-level chest for upgrading - I already did it one time and lost it when I get this one armor from weekly chest. 

Without this armor I cant play.

For lost items you can make an In-game ticket via the Support option in your menu and the Game Master will try to respond to you as quickly as possible.
We can't directly give items to players as this would be a violation of the server rules.
If you have any other issues, you can post them as a New Ticket on our Support Platform.
