CHARACTER STUCK

Hi, today i was solo in dungeon and my character stucked in void i cant teleport or kill my char. 

Can somebody help me and tell me what should i do?

If you are still facing this issue, you can use our unstuck feature under the Your Account section, which will return you to where your hearthstone is set. If you have any other kind of issue feel free to reply to this post or create a ticket in our support platform.

I do believe there is an ingame unstuck option as well that will HS you.
