Help - Orgrimmar to Zandalar Storyline Shadowlands

Hi! as a level 15 player on the Oribos server on Shadowlands Beta, is it possible to do the Zandalar story line from Orgrimmar, I am unable to find Sylvannas and not sure where I lost the quest line?

Nevermind, I just lost Cork Fizzlepop somewhere and the quest was not showing as I was already level 15.
