My problem is the following, I bought the illusion transmog in-game: Hide weapon enchantment and nothing appeared in the chat that was added to my transmog collection and I accidentally bought 2 identical illusions thinking that it was lag in the game and they were charged 100 more FP points, I would like to request a refund of these 100 more points spent please.
