nf [Death's Due] bugg ???

ok im Frost dk  yestrday  i join M+  and when i ues [Death's Due] on floor and i stand in mid of it  and i keep w8 with do spells [Death's Due] not giev me buff [Death's Due] % strnge its bug ??? i try unstack and i removed all my kit and back it  i try change my covment for necrolord then i back nf and i try agien i try all stilll [Death's Due]  not giev me buff  some one help plz ??
