or it could be just downloading so slowly it doesnt look like the bar is moving. I literally had to plant my mouse over the bar and it inched up ever so slightly after watching a 20min video on youtube.

yep wow is performing initial setup of required data files is stuck to me aswell.

I haven't had the green bar move whatsoever, I'm hard-wired and still waiting for going on 2 hours. Task manager is showing 0.05% ethernet usage. CPU, GPU, and both storage drives are showing idle status barely jumping because of my music and EQ.
