Downloaded the firestorm app..

firestorm launcher stuck on looking for an update, how do i fix this? i already have the shadowlands full game installed

Hello, 

Thank you all for reaching out to Firestorm Support.

To the people having trouble with the launcher on Windows, please follow these steps:

First option:

• Close the launcher and then open it again.

Second option:

 

• Go to the Firestorm folder C:\Program Files (x86)\FirestormLauncher
• Click on FirestormUpdater.exe
• Wait 10 minutes Launch the Firestorm launcher if it is not launched.

Third option:

• Uninstall the launcher
• Install it again
• Launch the launcher Wait 10 minutes.

Fourth option:

• Restart your computer
• Go to the Firestorm folder C:\Program Files (x86)\FirestormLauncher
• Delete the "bearer" and "updating" folder
• Launch the Firestorm launcher Wait 10 minutes.

Now, to the people having trouble with the launcher on Mac, please follow these options:

• Right click on FirestormLauncher
• Choose "Show package contents".
• Open the Terminal In the Contents/MacOS folder. 
• Select and drop FirestormLauncher to the Terminal.
• Press ENTER. 

Please check the options for the respective operation system and be patient. We hope to see you all in-game soon.
