Character Transfer From Wow Freaks

Hi. I don't see my character from wow-freaks, and its saying my character's name is already taken. I am positive its not used by someone else as its pretty unique. I'm thinking my accounts didn't merge properly when I migrated. Who do I contact to resolve this? Thanks in advance! =)

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear that you cannot see your character from WoW-Freakz. 

Whenever trying to merge your Freakz account with your Firestorm account, please make sure that you are submitting the accurate email address, otherwise you might end up transferring them elsewhere, which would be irreversible. 

More information regarding the merge itself can be found following this topic.

The steps are as it follows:

1. Create a Firestorm account.
2. If you have an account, simply log in, without creating another one.
3. Press on 'My account' on the top right corner.
4. Choose the last option 'Merge a Freakz account'
5. Follow the steps
