The quest of [Get to the docks] in The Home Stretch is bugged

In the last step, I have to run to the dock, but I can't complete the quest.

I have changed two different roles and the result is the same, what should I do?

At the shadowlands server...

Currently having the same issue on the Shadowlands server, I've tried;

• /reload 
• deleting the "Cache" file
• re-logging
• canceling/re-pick up the quest
• disabling addons
• disabling addons and canceling/re-pick up the quest
• (even though I'm not  a dev/gm I thought I'd give ".quest complete #34446" {.quest complete #questID is what devs can use to unstuck themselves on a quest} a go, and was given a "No such command" prompt, which I'd assume is because of lack of privileges which is fair. Just thought I'd give it a go)
• Submitted in-game ticket

All to no avail

Yes, I tried without any addons, new profile and can't finish this quest. 

Since I didn't see anyone responding, I thought I was the only one having this problem.

So, no one in Draenor?

WOD content is not scripted at all so I wouldn't recommend doing it at all.
