Posted February 4, 2022 (edited) Alchemy trainer at Terrace of Crafters seems to be bugged. She has duplicate menu items, but only an item shop active, alchemy trainings are not clickable. Posted February 5, 2022 (edited) If you have access to Nazjatar, you can fly there to the horde base Profession trainers. That trainer does offer a working Alchemy option.
