Getting to Vale of Eternal Blossoms

Has anyone finished the quest to get to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms? It's bugging when I have to finish the trials at the Temple of the White Tiger. Bug report: https://firestorm-servers.com/us/report/see_report/107676

I saw some people could fly in Pandaria so I assume someone has figured it out. Thanks!
