Nothing works in this game

Hello everyone i hope you all have a great evening because certanly i dont have a great evening,im currently level 37 and i cant complete a quest because its bugged like almost every other quest,i just want to play shadowlands and not deal with this bullshit,please help me im infuriated  and i dont want to destroy my pc , thanks  IGN: Krejzi

No i can't because every quest in other zone is under my level,so i basically have to do main story quests that are bugged in Nazmir,so yeah i need to wait for the quests to be unbugged

No Chromi in City, to change the Storyline from other DLS's.

covenant Quest line in Bastion is bugged. 
Quest A Day in the Life is not work and after leave a group is not possible retake it

That's Campaign chapter 3, it shouldn't be available untill Renown level 5. Also, I think Campaign chapter 3 isn't scripted for any covenant yet.
