Hot persuit - Bugged

I dont know if its just me but the quest where you have to chase Ashvane on a horse is bugged everytime i jump over the first obstacle i Ashvane gets bugged all the time.

I managed to get the quest to work by riding back to the place I originally picked up the horse when it stops running by auto pilot (i.e. it moves with my movement keys) and then I was ported (clipped through the walls) to the next stage of the race where an event like a jump happens. I had to do it 3-4 times before I managed to get to the final bit of the quest.

Ashevane went really buggd and i kept going out of bounds with the horse studdering around.

Abandoned Quest.

Now I cant seem to restart the quest.

Taelia is standing around near the place the quest started but there is no quest.
