Silvermoon reputation bug

Hi. I try to farm Silvermoon heritage armor. Today i get to exalted reputation but when I try to buy from quartermaster in silvermoon any items, it´s locked. Anyone have same problem?

I have seen this issue too.  Also with Darnasuss rep items as well.
