Internal SNG-Error

Guys I have a problem,

I am playing Protection Warrior on level 94 (expansion is Legion) and everytime I try to start the search for a dungeon I get an error message telling me "Internal SNG-Error" and I HAVE NO IDEA what I do wrong. On my other character I can start dungeons without any problems but on this Protection Warrior it just doesnt work. I am very new to WoW and I have no idea what to do.

Also when I select specific dungeon the list is empty

when i finish raid in bfa i log in with ,y lvl 91 in legion and i see if it happens the same to me and we see

Do both chars have the same ilevel? Although people at that level range dont queue for dungeons, they lvl with missions and mobs
