A bug in eastern pestlands

Hey, I have a problem, I am stuck with a quest in easter pestlands where I have to kill a giant BAT with a firework rocket (sorry I am not native english and not playing the game in english so I dont know the name of the quest) but the bug I have is, that when I focus the BAT and shoot the rocket it just shoots into the floor so I cannot get the attention of the BAT and cannot get him to attack me. PLEASE HELP! I am Bloodelf LVL49 in Eastern Pestlands it's one of the first quests in the area when you enter from Ghostlands

And I have the same Problem with the quest "The Corpse Beasts" in the Pestlands. Nothing happens when i spawn the fountains near the corpses

can someone please help me? How do I contact the admins of Firestorm? I am absolutely newbie

Use the bug report feature and/or move on to the next quests. Help will not be given very fast...
