WoW archive contents locked behind admin rights

Hello! First of all, I want to say I'm sorry if this post isn't meant for this thread. However, help is really appreciated. 

Yesterday my WoW.exe was deleted when I got home. I'm sure none of my family members touched anything to troll me or whatever. Today I extracted the whole file again (installed the game again basically) and it's contents are apparently locked behind a firewall and it doesn't let me activate the "open as administrator" thingy. I'll have the notification pop-up attached to this post. Should I download the whole .rar file again and install WoW once more or is there an easier solution.
