Firestorm Launcher gets stuck while opening

Recently found the server, very excited to join if I get it working! I'm on Mac, downloaded the Firestorm Launcher, but it gets stuck on a message saying "Telechargement de la mise a jour" (with some accents). Is there a workaround for this? Am I just SOL with being on a mac?

if you can, download the full client using torrent and open wow using wow.exe directly without using launcher
