How to get to Teldrassil and Exodar for Horde

Hi guys, I would like to know how can I get to Teldrassil and Exodar as a Horde as I'm trying to complete one of the Pilgrim achievement. Thank you!

Just fly to teldrassil from darkshore. From there you can take a boat to azurmyst isle. Be careful for the enemy NPC's though.
