Having trouble logging in?

Is anyone else having trouble logging in?  As it tries to load my character menu, it kicks me out and  says i need to create a blizzard account....

Also, i started downloading the game from the launcher. didnt have it previously installed.

my account wont let me connect , so i cant even see my characters.

 

it only says connecting , i think my account broke

i just downloaded the Client and it tells me i need to create a blizzard account.. and the links don't work
