[Legion] "These items can't be swapped." when rightclicking items in your bank

Rightclicking items in your bank tab won't work as on retail. You will see the errormessage "These items can't be swapped." If you miss this feature, give a like on it.

This is occasionally very annoying. Moving many items from the bank takes a lot of time and mousedragging.

Details:

When I rightclick an item in the bank then it is not moved to the inventory, but rather back to the bank, in a circle. If there is space before the item, than it is moved to the leftmost free slot, otherwise you see the error message.

It is a server-wide issue, 10 out of ca. 30 people responded to my query, they all experience it.

Tested:
- all alts, Alli and Horde, classes Monk, DH, DK
- without addons;  Interface folder renamed;  Cache deleted
- with Data renamed, and streaming from a clean state
- on a brand new account
- on a char with reagent bank and on another without reagent bank
- with all bags removed  (almost empty bank, inventory)
- in the following places:  new Dala 2 banks, Vale of Eternal, SW, Org, + what i forgot
