After hours of grinding I finally managed to drop it.. Please don't add it. Cause the hat will lose the value. Every n00b would transmog it. Thank you.

My fave used to be   http://www.wowhead.com/item=23909/blood-elf-bandit-mask   although it's not Tmog.
Still have some on sale.
