    Sadly BFA content isn't scripted well on Vladrakken. We are advising players to level in shadowlands content.

    If you abandon all quests and log out/in from your capital city it should pop up the start for shadowlands campaign. If it does not pop automatically you can visit Chromie in your capital city to start shadowlands as well.

    We understand that most player's want to experience as much content as they can, that's why I suggest submitting a bug tracker on your BFA issue at fstorm.cc/tracker. Please keep in mind that devs are focused on current content so it may be some time before BFA content is looked into.

    You can either level and complete the quest chain on our MoP server and it will unlock account wide, or becoming vip will give you the ability to do .vip greenfire which will unlock it as well.

    I am sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately we cannot restore your lost gold or items. Situations like this is why we highly recommend the authenticator on every firestorm account.

    By enabling 2FA, you add an additional layer of protection to your account beyond just a password. This means that even if someone has access to your password, they would still need a secondary authentication method, such as a text message or an app-generated code, to gain access to your account. It's a simple and effective way to increase the security of your account, and it only takes a few minutes to set up.

  4. Are you sure these are off? Windows defender is an AV. If so then your ISP could be blocking the connection as well. Try accessing with a VPN (there are free ones out there to test this).

    If the game isnt loading for you its either AV, ISP, Firewall or the PC itself.

    You can try the following.

    • Abandon quest
    • Close Game
    • Delete Cache
    • Login and pick quest back up.

    If it still will not work correctly, you can submit an in-game ticket to a Game Master for further investigation.

    You can do this from in-game by pressing esc to bring up the menu > Support > Create Ticket

    As Faithlessx stated, you can submit a bug tracker here. Please provide screenshots when submitting to the bug tracker

    Since it is character specific you can try the following as well to see if it helps before submitting the bug tracker.

    • Close game
    • Delete cache folder
    • Complete an Unstuck from the website.
