Lyunatic

I made a warlock to boost to 100 and switched to rogue to see if there were two boosts (I havent been on and saw that i had a boost and foolishly assumed i had two) When i switched to rogue i clicked on the equipment prompt and nothing happened. I switch to my warlock to see if it would work and I can't interact at all with him. I'm essentially a level 100 warlock with no equipment at all? Am I permanently stuck like this?
