This happened yesterday.. I just didnt play a day then suddenly I can't login my account

I have a problem regarding to my old account. It says that I have logged in the wrong credentials. Which I can't change my password due to gmail problem. My gmail account is not accessible anymore because I forgot it. I can't login my main account on website and the client. Now I am using this alternative account to make a ticket here in the game. And also I can't login any account with my PC using the client but on the website it is fine. I am starting to think that I am banned (IP ban to be exact). Please help me with this issue.
