Hello! I am waiting for GM to review my ticket for 4 weeks already, sitting online daily about 16 hours in hope that someone sees my ticket. There i have mentioned about my account that is not existing anymore. About 3 or 4 weeks ago i was doing raid, then suddenly my kid woke up. Had to go watch kid a little bit, while i was offline something happened to my account. When i came back i could not log anymore not on website, nor ingame. It just show's me that account with that email does not exist anymore. Was also still trying to log on with hope i get it back. Have wasted big money supporting firestorm from that account, would be thankful if there is chance to get it back. I can call last credentials that were in account, billing info with what i was buying firestorm points, last IP that was logged and anything else. Please help me!
