Title: World Quest Emissary Type: In-game Description:  THE NIGHTFALLEN Complete 4 world quests in Suramar - REWARD: Nightfallen Hoard The problem is that the The Nightfallen Emissary isnt appearing at the location for the world quest to turn in, and im unable to get the chest. So I would like to get my reward.
