    Title: Last Rites Quest Type: In-game Description:  The game wont let me finish the quest. The quest says to go to the teleportation orbs to go to the top of the floating scourge citadel, I did it. Im on top, but the guy who I should have a conversation with (based on youtube videos of the quest) doesnt have that option
