    It's on the bugtracker (I think), and they are many other talents/spells that are not working for paladin (especially retribution). You will have to be really patient to hope for a debug, but imagine if it was, it would be totally broken with the positive bug right now. Anyway, if you don't want to wait, go reroll dh or rogue it will be faster and easier.
