  1. I have a hunter lvl 50 in the oribos server and i tried learning sknning legion on the Broken Isles but it seems that the npc in Legion Dalaran that teaches this ability is bugged. The option for me to learn the ability is not shown when I try to learn with Donkal (I believe that's his name). Could anybody tell me if I can learn skinning on the Broken Isles somewhere else or if it is impossible?
