The vortix pinnacle, cataclysm dungeon in uldum, is bug so you cant get Reins of the Drake of the North Wind. When you kill the first boss, Grand Virzien Ertand, tornadoes should appear that take you to the next section but they dont appear so its impossible to go on with the dungeon

Try using unstuck character from the wen with the wow closed, delete cache folder and then open wow.exe as admin

Its working, i did it last weekend . You have to be in a a raid group not in a normal group. It happens the same in all shadowlands raid.

You have to take the mission in orgrimmar/stormwind that give khadgar helper o something similar (is a red spirit) and it will give you a hearthstone to dalaran. There, go to your class hall and take missions in scout map
