Can confirm, this worked for me.

Hello! It would seem that today, trying to launch the game simply doesn't do anything but is open as a background process in Task manager. (See attached image.) What I've tried to fix it with no avail: Restarting PC and trying again Having the WoW.exe open for 30+ minutes in the background Downloading the "8.2 updater" and replacing the WoW.exe Downloading the "Firestorm launcher" and trying to verify and repair the game files Downloaded and updated the Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 files that come with the launcher and restarting PC after it Temporarily moving all addons out of the WoW folder Deleting cache folder Temporarily moving WTF folder out of the WoW folder (and then selecting English (EU)) with no changes I can't seem to understand what I'm doing wrong and if there's a simple fix around this, I'd love to know how to please. Thank you!
