Describa su problema:
First of all I don't know if this server is run by english spaking people, so I'm going to write it twice. First in english and then in spanish, which is my native language.
I haven't played in a while and today I thougt in play again after some wow youtube videos. I've already got the game installed, but when I try to log in, it asks for an authenticator code. I didn't have authy's app downloaded. I download the app to find out all my accounts in the app had banished, even firestorm. So, I can't generate the code to log in. It also asks for the code in the web, is there any way to eliminate the need for the code to log in my account?

Hace tiempo que no juego y he pensado en jugar otra vez al ver unos videos del wow. Tengo el juego descargado, intento entrar en mi cuenta y me pide un codigo de authenticator. No tenia la app instalada y al volver a instalarla me ha desaparecido la cuenta de firestorm. Por lo que no puedo generar el codigo que me pide. Para acceder a la cuenta tambien me pide un codigo de authenticator. Hay alguna forma de eliminar la protección de authenticator (2FA) para que pueda reacceder a mi cuenta.
