duel kill....

a player just duel me... i was 17  mage lvl and he was 12 warrior..... it was too strong for that lvl and after the duel he kill me... is that possible?

Yeah, it's pretty much normal in Private Servers to kill a player through duels.. It happens when a last DoT tick occurs for a split second when the duel ends which kills the who lost.

I.e A warrior have Rend DoT on another duelling player, the other player loses the duel and for a split second right before the duel ended, the Rend DoT tick occurs which damages the player bypassing the faction neutral. It's normal.

so is not a bug or some kind of cheating? i read this in server rules for that i ask.....

Section IV - Bug Abusing Rules

• Killing players of your own faction: Exploiting any kind of method to achieve this will result in your account being suspended.
  • Punishment: 1 day account suspension to 5 day account suspension.
    Note: The account suspension will depend on the number of players killed from the same faction.

It's a... Bug'ishshsh. But it's not a "On-Purpose" Bug. The players can't control it whatsoever, so you can't blame them.

It's not really a big deal.. and it can't really be fixed either.
