Restore my deleted char in Shadow land

hello , hope you will have a nice day i wanna restore my char that i deleted nearly 1 year ago on shadow land name * zortix * but i cant find a way to restore that char . Can we do that after the new changes on freakz like old times to restore it on list easily or we cant do that any more ? Can please some one help me with that thank you .
